This policy describes how Keelfolio Inc. ("Keelfolio", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website and the Keelfolio application. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.

On this website. We do not set cookies for tracking and do not run third-party analytics. If you submit the demo request form we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company or group name, the number of companies you run and any message you add. We may also record the IP address of the request to prevent abuse of the form.

In the application. When you use Keelfolio we process the account information you provide (name, email, organization), the financial data you enter or import (transactions, invoices, documents, bank statement data, company details) and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

• To respond to your demo request and communicate with you about Keelfolio.
• To provide, maintain and improve the application you have signed up for.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Keelfolio (hosting, email delivery, bank data aggregation where you connect an account), under agreements that restrict their use of the data; with advisors you invite into your workspace; and where required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and by company. We keep application data for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymize it after closure, subject to legal retention requirements. Demo request records are deleted once handled.

You can request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal information at any time. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, the UK and California) you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact privacy@keelfolio.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be announced in the application or by email.
